Quotations

Prices shown on this website are guide prices and are not a quotation. A quotation is the written price we give you after a survey, and it is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. If the survey reveals something that changes the price, we will tell you before any work begins and you are free to walk away at no cost.

Work and access

We will agree a date with you and arrive within the agreed window. You will need to provide access to the property, to the boiler or work area, and to water, gas and electricity supplies. If we cannot gain access on an agreed appointment we may charge for the wasted visit.

Payment

For installations, a deposit may be requested on booking with the balance due on completion unless you are using finance. For servicing and repairs, payment is due on completion. We accept card, bank transfer and finance.

Guarantees

Boiler guarantees are provided by the manufacturer and their terms apply. Almost all of them require an annual service to remain valid. Our own workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or a lack of servicing.

Cancellation

Where you enter into a contract with us away from our premises you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start work within that period and then cancel, we may charge for work already carried out.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us. Email info@heatfully.co.uk or ring 0333 054 0046 and we will respond within five working days and put right anything that is our responsibility.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are fully insured, including public liability cover.

Finance

HeatSwift Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 1058977) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited. Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 539195). We do not provide financial advice. Any credit agreement is between you and the lender.
