An installation that closes a shop or a salon for two days costs far more than the installation itself. We work evenings and weekends for commercial jobs as a matter of course, and plan the work so the disruptive parts happen when you are shut.

Offices
Comfort affects concentration far more than people admit, and an office that hits twenty-eight degrees in August loses an afternoon. Zoning matters here: a meeting room with ten people in it has a completely different load to the same room empty, and a system that treats them the same will never satisfy anybody.
Shops and salons
Customers leave a hot shop. In a salon it is more acute still, because a heat-generating treatment area and a waiting area have opposite requirements in the same room.
Restaurants and cafes
Kitchens produce heat on a scale domestic installations never deal with, and the front of house has to stay comfortable regardless. Getting the balance right needs the kitchen extract and the air conditioning considered together rather than separately.
Server and comms rooms
These need cooling that runs reliably all year, not just in summer, and the consequence of failure is different in kind from a warm office.
Landlords and managing agents
We work with landlords and agents on multi-let properties, and we are used to arranging access with tenants directly rather than expecting you to coordinate it.
Maintenance contracts
For commercial systems this is not optional in any meaningful sense. A failure in August in a shop costs trade every hour it is down, and the fault that causes it is nearly always one that a service would have caught. We can put a schedule in place with agreed response times.

It was near the stopcock and underneath some kitchen drawers so it required some cutting of wood to access and took a few hours, but he worked hard to fix it and then cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
